I got most improved for my xc team
Short-Term Running Goals:
Run a 6:30 mile
Run a 14:35 of 14:30 2 mile for track
Long-Term Running Goals:
Run varsity in high school and run at state XC
Justin is my brother, JTSHAD is my dad
8 miles with Abby and the Alta XC team at Jeremy Ranch Riad.
6 miles at practice, a little bit sore.
5 more miles overnight at the 18 hour relay, the last mile in barefeet. No sleep, I am now very tired and hungry!
Our 18 hour relay today. I was on the white team with 15 runners. My four recorded 1600m splits were: 6:59, 6:55, 6:54, 6:54.
I used the ice bath in the training room, my legs were cold and numb afterwards.
7.5 miles at practice. Legs still sore but runnable at easy pace. Going to see a physical therapist tomorrow, work on my form and continue to roll, stretch and do weight work on my legs.
3 miles including a time trial today. My lower legs (calf and shin) are really sore and this one was tough to finish.
Mom got me a physical therapist appointment for this week.
