3200 for track- 14:40
I got most improved for my xc team
Short-Term Running Goals:
Run a 6:30 mile
Run a 14:35 of 14:30 2 mile for track
Long-Term Running Goals:
Run varsity in high school and go to the Olympics in running
Justin is my brother, JTSHAD is my dad
3 miles by myself. I am really sore.
This was the toughest race. Yucky weather and huge hills!
4 miles at a bread run.
5 miles at a good tempo.
5 miles pretty easy.
Hard workout at practice, speedwork at the track. 400-800-1200-1200-800-400. My legs felt pretty good.
