Short-Term Running Goals:
Run a 6:30 mile
Run a 14:35 of 14:30 2 mile for track
Long-Term Running Goals:
Run varsity in high school and go to the Olympics in running
Justin is my brother, JTSHAD is my dad
6 miles at pratice and we ran to see Ryan and Sarah Hall talk. My first team dinner before my first high school meet.
6 miles at pratice. We did time trials. 1 mile in 6:55 and half a mile in 3:00.
7 miles at practice.
7 miles at practice. Ran about 5-6 miles at tempo pace. Ran mostly with Daphne.
