I got most improved for my xc team
Short-Term Running Goals:
Run a 6:30 mile
Run a 14:35 of 14:30 2 mile for track
Long-Term Running Goals:
Run varsity in high school and run at state XC
Justin is my brother, JTSHAD is my dad
5k on the treadmill at the gym with my dad. I did 2x400m at mile pace. This was actually on Monday, Jan. 2.
Weights at home.
5k at the gym with some really fast intervals.

3 miles with Dad in the neighborhood. First outside run of 2017, so much better than the treadmill.
