| | 3 miles at pratice. Today coach had us do a 1 mile time trial. I ran 6:50 for the distance (around a mile...the sprinters were on the track.).
In PE tomorrow we are supposed to run a time trial too the day before our meet. Dad said run the PE trial easy.

Madison Tri (1 Miles) 00:07:00, Place in age division: 4 | | I ran the 800m and 1 mile at the Madison Tri. Season PR in the 800m at 3:07. My legs hurt pretty bad after this race, so the mile was not for sure. Dad helped me get ready for it.
I ran the mile in 7:00. I really pushed my last mile and passed 2-4 girls. One girl tried to trip me at the finish line. I was nearly caught Lauren who ran strong today and Isabelle and Merritt ran well too!

TV Invite 3200m (2 Miles) 00:14:41, Place overall: 4, Place in age division: 1 | | I ran the warm up with the team early then spent the whole day hanging out waiting for the 3200m at the end of the event. I was the only TV girl and one of only 5 girls to run it. We ran the race with the boys (22 of them).
I ran the first mile in 7:06 then my calves started to really hurt. I was in third place at the mile mark but slowed a little because of my legs. I pushed hard for the last lap and especially the last 100m. I beating several boys.
I am the Taylorview 3200m girls record holder!

| | Today in track was a fairly hard day so we did a whole bunch of squats and burpies.

| | Every Tuesday the track distance team does a time trail and I got a 6:30 my best time yet. Then, we ran a mile cool down and did the same as what we did yesterday.

Bonneville Tri (0.5 Miles) 00:03:00 | | I ran a PR in the 800m in 3:00 then ran a season PR in the mile in 6:47. Feel stong and ready to go faster in the next two races.

| | No run but a weird unhelpful workout at track practice. Not sure how this helps us run better.

| | 3 miles at track practice. 1 mile timed mile in an easy 7:01. Coaches do not want us to run hard at this week's meet to save it for conference (whatever that means) but want us to run hard at pratice. They also are telling us to run a different race than what we have trained for and been running this season.

Taylorview, Mt. View, Rigby, and Madison (1 Miles) 00:06:48, Place overall: 9 | | Today I had a track meet and it was fun but kind of cold. I ran the 1600 and 800. My times were, 1600- 6:48 and 800- 3:04. The boys 4 by 4 team broke the record! they all ran really fast. I was kind of close to beating one of my teammates I'll just try harder to get her at the next track meet. All in all it was a fun day not to mention getting out of school at 1:10!
