I got most improved for my xc team
Short-Term Running Goals:
Run a 6:30 mile
Run a 14:35 of 14:30 2 mile for track
Long-Term Running Goals:
Run varsity in high school and run at state XC
Justin is my brother, JTSHAD is my dad
Lifted weights with Justin and dad instead of running in the wind.
4 miles with dad. My legs were sore from the weights yesterday.
3 miles with dad around the neighborhood.
3 miles with Dad in a light rain.
2 miles with Dad, I had to stop because I had a bad headache.
3 miles with Moxie.
3 miles with Dad after they got home.
