I got most improved for my xc team
Short-Term Running Goals:
Run a 6:30 mile
Run a 14:35 of 14:30 2 mile for track
Long-Term Running Goals:
Run varsity in high school and run at state XC
Justin is my brother, JTSHAD is my dad
workout with Sadie.
4 miles speedwork at the track.
2 miles with Dad after trying out insoles to help with calf and shin pain. Did not help much so trying other things to help.
3 miles in the neighborhood.
4 miles at the track doing speedwork with Sadee and here mom's running group.
5 miles of hills with Sadie and her mom and friends.
Weights with Sadie and her mom.
3 miles with Madi.
