I ran 2 miles with my bro this morning. ran it in 22 minutes. today was not my best run my legs were sore from yesterday.ran after dinner with my dad. Ran from my house through the neiborhooh route to my old school. I ran  without stopping at 9 - 10 minute pace .I ran  I played soccer with bro and friends. one last thing i am starting to enjoy running it was easy to keep the pace i was going with my dad.
