Short-Term Running Goals:
Run a 6:30 mile
Run a 14:35 of 14:30 2 mile for track
Long-Term Running Goals:
Run varsity in high school and run at state XC
Justin is my brother, JTSHAD is my dad
5 miles hills with Sadie.
Weigths with Sadie.
5 miles. Ran to the FireKracker 5k and ran with my friends on the "Ladies of Liberty" team. Ran easy for the first half then faster to the finish to get an easy 25 minute time.
Time with friends at the parade afterwards.
Worked out with weights with Sadie.
3 mile run with Dad then a 12 mile bike ride to preview the course for the Cady Tucker 5k/5M with the board of directors.
2 miles playing sock'em at camp.
3 mile hiking and packbacking up at church camp.
4 miles playing Predator and pray at camp.
3 miles with my new friend Zeke around the neighborhood.
Ran with Sadie on her mom in the foothills. Legs really tired after this run.
4 miles at a IFXC group run.
3 miles with Zeke.
