| | 5 miles. Ran to the FireKracker 5k and ran with my friends on the "Ladies of Liberty" team. Ran easy for the first half then faster to the finish to get an easy 25 minute time.

| | 5 miles this morning at the Cady Tucker Run in the Spirit. I ran some warm up, then ran on the 5x1mile relay race, then ran easy with Lauren for the 5k. Got rained on but it was not too hot.
