I ran the Kids tri harder triathlon today.  200m swim, 4 mile bike ride and 1 mile run.  I was the first girl and second overall as I completed the whole event in 30:00.

The first and third kids both did not ride the full number of laps in the riding part.  I made sure I counted right and then I ran fast for the whole run.  Very glad I did this even though it was raining hard right before we started.  The rain stopped for the bike and run.

2 miles with Dad after getting home to finish up 200 miles for the XC challenge...one week early!
