I got most improved for my xc team
Short-Term Running Goals:
Run a 6:30 mile
Run a 14:35 of 14:30 2 mile for track
Long-Term Running Goals:
Run varsity in high school and run at state XC
Justin is my brother, JTSHAD is my dad
5 miles including 20 minutes of tempo, in the rain! Loved it.
PT this morning, she said to limit my intensity for a while and gave me a note to give to coach. He did not even look at it and said I still need to run his scheduled hard runs.
