5 miles including 2x1000m repeats. I am trying to listen to my body and not overdue training and save my legs for racing (and have PT note to support this). When I told the coach that I wanted to skip a repeat because my legs was hurting, he told me to "stretch it out" and suck it up and looked at me very mean. I just want the coach to treat me (other runners who are not the "top" runners) fairly and with respect.
