I got most improved for my xc team
Short-Term Running Goals:
Run a 6:30 mile
Run a 14:35 of 14:30 2 mile for track
Long-Term Running Goals:
Run varsity in high school and run at state XC
Justin is my brother, JTSHAD is my dad
Disappointed with my time, off varsity. Legs hurt really bad.
Really happy with this race, medaled in the JV (top 10)!
Century Challenge...I dropped out at mile 1.25. My calves were blowing up.
Fun race, ran hard, beat my time from last year.
Fun trip to Portland, fun and fast race. Got to meet Alan Webb, US Mile record holder.
