IF high school cross-country

Long drive home today.  I did some homework then went for a run with dad in the cold, wet and wind.  3 miles, I did not like it.

3 miles on the treadmill in the basement.

3 miles on the treadmill. I don't like the treadmill.

Ran 3 miles on the tredmill. I don't like running on the tredmill but i still did it.

Too late for me to start to run had lots of homework :(

Ran 2 miles outside for the first time this week it was finally kinda warm enough to run outside. The past week it was too cold and it snowed a little bit everyday.

3 miles with dad through the neighborhood.

3 miles with dad on a really ncie day.

2 miles on the treadmill after dinner.  Had a side ache.

2 miles with dad after school.

2 miles with dad.

2 miles by myself after school.

I ran the Nike Cross Northwest middle school race which is a 3k.  My dad, Lauren and me ran the course before the race to see it.

There were lots of kids in the race from elementary to 9th grade.  I ran hard and had fun and ran it in 14:07.  It was hard and cold out, but I liked running in this big race.

Stayed around for most of the day to watch lots of the high school races.  then back at the hotel Lauren, Luke and I played in the pool and hung out to really late.  We had fun!

Travel day, hung out with Luke in the cars.

Tests and confirmation class so no run

2 miles after school by myself.

3 miles on the treadmill at the gym.

No running today.

2 miles outside by myself.

3 miles with Justin outside.

4 miles with dad, Justin and Moxie in the neighborhood.

I went to spinning class with Mom and Dad!

2.5 miles on the treadmill at the gym then some weights with dad and Justin.

I had a sore throat today so I went ot the gym to do wieghts with Mom.

Really bad sore throat so I did not go to the weights training with dad.
