Run varsity in high school and run at state XC, run Nike Cross Northwest every year in Jr/Sr High School

Our 18 hour relay today. I was on the white team with 15 runners. My four recorded 1600m splits were: 6:59, 6:55, 6:54, 6:54.
I used the ice bath in the training room, my legs were cold and numb afterwards.
