ran 4 400. my time i needed to beat was 1:49. the 1 one was 1:44. the 2 one was1:43 and the 3 one was 1:42 and the last one was 1:40!
2 miles outside then Ironcore workout.
4 miles outside, a hard workout this morning.
5 miles withe the xc team.
I ran at teh Ribgy lake meet today. 2 miles around the lake twice. I ran it in 13:48 and had a kick in the end. I pass some girls and was running hard.
2 miles with dad in the afternoon. My legs are reallysore.
