I got most improved for my xc team
Short-Term Running Goals:
Run a 6:30 mile
Run a 14:35 of 14:30 2 mile for track
Long-Term Running Goals:
Run varsity in high school and run at state XC
Justin is my brother, JTSHAD is my dad
ran to tauphus and ran the high five realys course twice.
ran 4 miles ofter school for cross country.
two miles then iron core at cross country.
ran 5 miles for cross country.
went easy because of race tommorw
ran a race at madison and it was at agolf course and it was hot. it was not my favorite course. my time was 16:11 for a 2.1 race i am happy for my improvent.
ran 2 miles for a recovery.
