I got most improved for my xc team
Short-Term Running Goals:
Run a 6:30 mile
Run a 14:35 of 14:30 2 mile for track
Long-Term Running Goals:
Run varsity in high school and run at state XC
Justin is my brother, JTSHAD is my dad
Ran 5 miles this is our last 2 weeks of xc
Ran 2 miles and then our last iron core workout
Ran 3 miles with my xc team
Starting to settle down for the end of the xc season by not running as many miles.
Madison Invite race.
Ran 3 miles with my mom and Deborah in Boise.
We walked around a lot in Boise!
