Long-Term Running Goals:
Run varsity in high school and run at state XC, run Nike Cross Northwest every year in Jr/Sr High School
Justin is my brother, JTSHAD is my dad
4.5 miles at Freeman Park with Dad running the Tiger Grizz XC course then 2x0.5M "w" hill workout, averaged 7:15 pace for the intervals. Then 3 fast striders to end the workout.
3 miles with Dad after school. My legs have felt great after these last two runs! But I did have soreness or a tweaky in my hip or glute later in the evening.
3 miles after school with Dad on the hills at Community Park.
3 miles with Dad after school.
3.5 miles with Dad on the Tiger/Grizz course and 4 striders.
