I ran the Nike Cross Northwest race solo (only IFXC girl).  These girls are fast!  My first miles was a 6:45 and I felt like I was sprinting through 1.5 miles then had to pull back.  Happy with competing and pretty happy with the time. Glad I came and raced.  Ready for some time off.
