Run a 6:30 mile
Run a 14:35 of 14:30 2 mile for track
Long-Term Running Goals:
Run varsity in high school and run at state XC
Justin is my brother, JTSHAD is my dad
Weights at the gym with dad and Justin.
Swim team practice for 1.5 hours.
