| | I just signed up because I am running more! 1 mile with Justin in the morning, 2 miles with Dad after dinner. Played soccer too!

| | 3.25 miles with the running group this morning. Last swim team practice for the summer tonight so I am bummed out. Focusing on running for a while. Big soccer game after dinner, dad said I could add some more.

I ran without stopping at 9 - 10 minute pace .I ran I played soccer with bro and friends. one last thing i am starting to enjoy running it was easy to keep the pace i was going with my dad.
