IF high school cross-country

Went to Freeman park and ran 3 miles.

Ran 3 miles outside with my dad.

9 mile bike ride around the neighborhood going fast.

2 mile mile with dad.

2 miles in the morning. Then went to play soccer with my brother

ran 3 miles by my self

Ran 3 miles this morning. I am on a cross country team and there is 200 club were you run 200 miles over the summer and today I am at 200 miles!!! :) :) :) :) :) :) 

didn't feel that good today

first day of cross countary pratice it was fun

3.5 miles

biked 3 miles so i can count it as 1 mile running

second day of  cross countary did a hard work out ran from my school to community park and did drills and ran 2 laps on the track

went to cross countary practice at 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm it was really hot and we had to do a time trial and my time was 8:51 for a mile also did a 2 mile warm up.

got up at 5:30 am to go to cross countary practice and ran 5.50 miles.

2 miles at practice and iron core

went to practice and worked on form did 4 miles.

got to practice and ran to community park and did drills also played a game.

5.50 miles

rest day

did 5 miles at x-c

woke up at 5:30 to get ready for x-c did 5 miles

ran three miles easy because i have my first x-c race tomorrow! 

I ran my first XC race today.  It was hot and long.  i am happy with my race. i felt sore and could not breath after my race.

3 miles at XC practice today.

2.3 miles around the neighborhood with dad.  I wore some Nike shoes that I got from Justin.
