drove to Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Biked 7 miles to Jenny Lake then we biked back. My dad said I could count this as running 4 miles!

Ran 3 miles with my bro and dad.Ran it in 31:30. 10:30 pace per mile. legs were sore from biking 14 miles yesterday.I had a hurt knee but was able to run. Was talking adout my book on greek mythology with my bro all of the 3 miles. I had a really fun time! :) :) :) :) :) :)

Ran with my dad after dinner. Ran 1.1 miles in 10:45 minutes for the whole thing. Ran the mile in 9:45 minutes.
