2.3 miles around the neighborhood with dad. I wore some Nike shoes that I got from Justin.
4 miles with Dad at freeman park. justin was runnign with his XC team and we ran the path around the park. I wore my Nike shoes again.
5 miles at XC practice with some hard running.
2 miles at XC practice and iron core. I wore the Nike shoes.
woke up at 5:25 to get ready for x-c and ran 4.00 miles
3 miles with the XC team. Won some prizes this morning. I ran in my Nikes.
i liked this race better than the one last week because there was shade. i ran 1.55 in 15:30. i am proud of what i did.
