Rigby Lake Meet (2 Miles) 00:16:48 | | I ran at teh Ribgy lake meet today. 2 miles around the lake twice. I ran it in 13:48 and had a kick in the end. I pass some girls and was running hard.

Blackfoot XC meet (1.7 Miles) 00:13:25 | | I ran the XC in Blackfoot on a windy day in a dirty trail. 13:25 with my aching knees a new best time.
