I got most improved for my xc team
Short-Term Running Goals:
Run a 6:30 mile
Run a 14:35 of 14:30 2 mile for track
Long-Term Running Goals:
Run varsity in high school and run at state XC
Justin is my brother, JTSHAD is my dad
3.25 miles with Dad on the canal bank.
4 miles along the canal bank with Mom.
I have a cold and sore throat so I did not run
I still have a stuffy head so no running.
My first high school XC pratice! 12:01am and I ran 4 miles with some of the boys. Still have a cold so that was not so good.
7 miles at the yardsale run at practice.
