First day of summer track. I ran 2 miles and we did tempo around the track
went on a run with my friends ran 3 miles
summer track on every tuesdays and thursdays. we did block run where we run for two laps and the straights are hard and the curves are easy. we did this twice exept for the second one the cirves were hard and the straights were easy.
Went to cummunity park witha friend and ran there we also ran in the surrounding neighborhoods.
today was a rest day.
